Paragon was founded by the highly experienced image consultant Rosemarie Wiiliams BA (Honours) in Printed and Woven Textile Design, Fellow of The Federation of Image Consultants and Associate Member of The Association of Image Consultants International. Rosemarie is one of the most qualified and experienced image consultants in the UK today.

She is a master image consultant, having achieved the top qualifications in her field with The Federation of Image Consultants. As the lead assessor of the Federation's small assessing team, Rosemarie is responsible for assessing image consultants who wish to attain the industry's top award. Rosemarie also served on the Federation's Executive Board as Company Secretary (2002-2004).

As well as personally delivering Paragon's training, Rosemarie is also the UK's Master trainer for the internationally renowned London Image Institute, whose CEO is the highly respected Lynne Marks, AICI CIM.
